Ninety labels, half of them Andalusian, none of them there by accident. Plus a bar that would rather make you one very good drink than five average ones.

Our sommelier opens something interesting by the glass every night. Sherry gets the attention it deserves, the low-intervention section keeps growing, and the classics behind the bar are made properly and unhurriedly.
